Current opening hours: Wednesday – Friday 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Sunday 11:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Beautiful traditional restaurant with a great beer garden in the middle of the forest. The kitchen is Franconian modern. Guests are treated to hearty snacks and delicious pan-fried dishes. On Sunday lunchtime, roast meat is a must. On certain special days, the newly built bakery and smokehouse smell of fresh Waldhütte bread and fish. The Waldhütte menu offers a wide variety of fresh and regional dishes - including vegetarian and vegan.

Beautiful ponds. Here at the Maulaffenplatz the paths around the ponds meet. You have the opportunity to rest in the hut. Unfortunately you can hear the A70 clearly as it runs along the other end of the ponds. Nevertheless it is a beautiful place to watch birds and other animals.

Very nicely located beer garden with beer benches (some with backrests), but also tables with chairs; Usual selection of drinks (beer, soft drinks, but hardly any wine), a few dishes are also offered (curry sausage, schnitzel...); Self-service, staff very friendly; Inside also very nicely furnished, clean and attractive

fishing area. Rest area is between the two large ponds. Here you can admire ducks and the local swan and let your soul dangle. Unfortunately, the highway is audible.
