This beautiful view is absolutely stunning!

We continue on and soon reach the Heringsdorf pier. We enter the pier through the shopping center, the wind pushing us quite a bit to the side. The remains of the old pier, the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge, are clearly visible. It burned down in 1958. Now, out on the water with a view of the coast, the clouds almost completely engulf everything. The path between the promenade and the beach on the island of Usedom – the name says it all. Without "on the island of Usedom," no one would know that the promenade and the beach are actually right next to each other. It's a perfectly ordinary path that anyone can find on a map anyway. But apparently, what matters isn't how mundane a highlight is, but how you can become a pioneer by getting lots of likes.
