The Heinrich Schliemann Terrace in Schwerin offers one of the most beautiful views over the Pfaffenteich lake and the surrounding city center. From the elevated promenade, a panorama unfolds that encompasses both the picturesque shoreline and the city's historic buildings. Particularly impressive is the view of Schwerin Cathedral, whose tower rises majestically above the water, and the lakeside promenade with its cafes, green spaces, and walking paths.

The Pfaffenteich in Schwerin is a centrally located body of water in the heart of the city and is one of its most famous landmarks. It was artificially created in the Middle Ages and originally served as a millpond. Today, the approximately twelve-hectare Pfaffenteich is a popular spot for walks and relaxation. Surrounded by historic buildings, it offers a picturesque view of Schwerin's skyline with the imposing cathedral in the background. The lakeside promenade is particularly charming, with cafés and benches inviting visitors to linger.
