A beautiful bike ride around Lake Kellersee

Kellersee is always worth a visit

The shore is surrounded by a circular path with a length of around 16 km, although it does not run all the way along the lake, but also through the mixed forest dominated by deciduous trees, which is directly adjacent to the shore. There is only development in the four places that are directly on the lake, and these often consist of spacious lakeside properties with single-family homes. There are bathing areas in Malente Wöbbensredder, at the campsite in Fissau and in Sielbeck with the remote "Hamburger Strand".

Bathing area with a rest area near the village of Krummsee/Malente. It offers a sandy beach, a long wooden jetty with a diving board and a bathing island. The end of the non-swimmer area is clearly marked. It is located in the middle of the forest and can only be reached on foot or by bike. The nearest parking facility is about 800 meters away. Attention: The bathing area at Krummsee is unguarded! Water quality is very good and is constantly checked. A stop here is worth it! Really idyllic.
