The perfect place for a summer getaway. Or as a break during a hike or bike ride. What we particularly like here is how well it blends into nature. And plenty of space :)

What an original idea at the entrance to the church in Heiligenbrunn! Wouldn't it be nice to sit next to it as a photo opportunity? :)

A beautiful old press and a perfect place to stop for a break during a hike. For example, before tackling the short climb to the Maria Weinberg pilgrimage church.

A truly beautiful church. More or less hidden away in the vineyards of Gaas, but a hike up here is definitely worthwhile.

Here you'll find the world's largest Uhudler grape. From a roughly 200-year-old oak tree that grew right here on the square, artist Günter Friedrich created this artwork with his chainsaw in 2021. The oak had been so badly damaged in a storm that felling it was being considered to protect the surrounding houses. This project essentially breathed new life into the tree and made felling unnecessary.

What a highlight! And really spooky and creepy. There's one of those things sitting right there on a bench... and there's another one a little further down the street :)
