ヘル্সブルックのシュタットキルヒェ（正式名称：シュタットプファールキルヒェ・ザンクト・マリア）は、旧市街の精神的な中心であり、オーバーマルクトからシュロスベツィルクへの移行地点に絵のように美しく位置しています。

「ニュルンベルガー・トーア」という名前は、1353年にヘルトブルクがニュルンベルク城伯の手に落ちたことに由来します。ニュルンベルク城伯（後のホーエンツォレルン家）の支配下で、都市は要塞化されました。ニュルンベルク出身の建築家、カスパー・ボックは、16世紀の都市要塞の拡張に大きく貢献し、ニュルンベルク市とのつながりを建築的に強固なものにしました。

Beautiful view of Hersbruck

Here at the Sittenbach you have a great view over to the Michelsberg and the spot is also on the Fuchsauweg, a hiking trail for families with children.

The hiking car park and upper reservoir are completely closed until mid-2028 due to renovation of the reservoir!

Since 2006, the BN local group Hersbrucker Land has leased the ponds in Fuchsau, which were previously used for intensive fish farming. After they were designated as a protected landscape element, extensive fish farming was introduced. This enabled the local group to designate the ponds in a natural way and to present them to the public as an example of ecological pond management. An information board on site provides information about this.
