The remains of the historic water basin were discovered during the restoration of the Altlandsberg Palace Estate. The reconstruction of the Baroque basin is very well done and definitely worth a visit, as is the entire area. Unfortunately, the basin itself is not yet marked on the Komoot map.

Right next door is a lovely café with ice cream and cakes. The castle park is also highly recommended.

The Biesdorf Palace and Palace Park in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district are among the most important architectural monuments of the 19th century in Berlin and are a popular destination in the east of the city.
