The Waldbaude Großer Dreiherrenstein is a rustic restaurant in the Thuringian Forest, located directly on the Rennsteig Trail. Was a very nice round around the dam

One of the few real hiking trails near Ilmenau. Beautiful and idyllic. We can only hope that it doesn't disappear like other trails around Ilmenau. The waterfall can be very impressive after many days of rain and melting snow. In summer it's more like a trickle.
