Beautiful, shady location at the confluence of the Almersbach and Wied, bench nearby. People have been making pilgrimages here since the 13th century through a ford. The beautifully situated Almersbach church with late Romanesque origins stands enthroned above.

Very nice beer garden, very tasty, plentiful food, great staff, everything is perfect! Always worth a stop!

For a long time, the hut was the finish point of the Mörsbach Triathlon from the swimming pool in Dickendorf and the subsequent circular run. It is also very beautiful from there via Burbach through the Eng to the Nister.
