A beautiful tour through nature and a great bike path with plenty of rest stops and zero traffic! The implementation of this route can only be praised!

None of the water bodies are in good ecological and chemical status. All exceed the limit values for nitrates, mercury and mercury compounds, and the herbicide brominated diphenyl ether. In the middle reaches of the Lippingau, the limit values for the herbicide diflufenican are also exceeded. Several stationary chemical and biological monitoring stations are located along the Lippingau and the lower reaches of the Esguser Mühlenstrom stream (see Map 2). According to the Water Framework Directive (WFD), all water bodies in the European Union must achieve "good" ecological and chemical status by 2028.

Very nice old mill, right on the street 🤙

I had a very nice ride here on September 7th, 2024, if it weren't for the pavement and the posts and the barriers and the give way signs at property entrances and the asphalt at the crossings for the tractors and the Baltic Sea waves on this road which is only a quarter of a year old, but otherwise I had a very nice ride here.

The route is no longer slippery even when it rains, but it is quite bumpy.
