This path is part of the "Green Dot" hiking trail, which leads from the Haselbach valley (Häslich) via Niederlichtenau to the Keulenberg. From Niederlichtenau onwards, it is called the Schenk-Magers Trail, as there used to be an inn on the farm there, now the "Altes Melkhaus" restaurant.

Here you can enjoy a small snack; there's plenty of seating. The snack bar is only open on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. There's also a playground for children nearby.

Shortly before the small Keulenberg you can clearly see two stone walls in the forest. These evidence of previous use never break because they were only built from natural materials.
