Unfortunately, you can no longer sit in the wine barrel because the rest area has been littered. Nevertheless, it's a very nice place to rest and enjoy the view and the vineyards.

This artist's rest area with vinewood angels made from old vines is located on the hiking trail, surrounded by vineyards. During Advent and Christmas there is a very special attraction in Glottertal, when the tranquil wine village becomes the "Valley of Angels" and these can be visited on a short circular route.

The cake there is homemade and super delicious! The goats and guinea pigs are near the terrace, surrounded by greenery and enough space for the children to explore - it's really nice there. Highly recommended.
