This is a really nice bikepacking route with beautiful scenery. The road condition is quite bumpy with rocks. Be sure to bring enough food. There is no place for resupply and the way back is always going up on a very rough surface. When the route ends, charter a boat to the Dottawaddy (Myit Nge River). The best time to visit this place is during the open season. That's when the river is clear and the water is green. I made a video about this place. A wonderful place! The way up is not easy and many locals also have a hard time. But once you get to the top you can firstly feel the wonderful atmosphere of the monastery and secondly you have a breathtaking view. Be sure to go up!
