The Schlehenmühle (Sloe Mill) is situated on the banks of the Red Main River. It is one of several historic mills along the river, all of which are now privately owned. Like many of the mills on the Red Main, the Schlehenmühle has a long history, often associated with agricultural or commercial uses (such as grinding grain, but also other purposes) before it lost its original function.
