The Bockfelsenhütte is a beautiful vantage point above the Neckar Valley. Situated on a small, treeless plateau, it offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Neckar River and the surrounding hills of the Odenwald.

Nice forest tavern with a good range of food and drinks. Welcome rest after the march up.

The Leopoldstein is a historical memorial stone from 1851. The monument commemorates Karl I Friedrich Leopold, Grand Duke of Baden, who took over the government business in the Duchy of Baden in 1830 as the fourth Grand Duke.

This is a wonderful view from up here, which you absolutely have to enjoy.

Good and inexpensive food is part of a hike. The large beer garden under the trees offers plenty of shady places in summer.

Very nice rest hut with two benches, but unfortunately without a table. Great view of the Neckar. Video-monitored probably due to previous damage.
