ゲッティンゲンシュタットワルドのおすすめツーリングルート

Huge and massive, built of stone, the tower is located very close to Göttingen. Depending on the route, reaching it can be strenuous. It's open until 6 pm on weekends and public holidays. It also looks beautiful at night when it's illuminated.

Not much remains of it. These are ruins, some of which have been renovated. The lookout tower is closed, and there's no viewing platform or anything like that. Nevertheless, it's a good place to take a break (there are benches and a table) and enjoy the old ruins. An information panel is also available if you'd like to read a bit about the site.

Kerstinger Feld, a former military training area. Large meadows with wildflowers. A view from the eastern edge.

A real insider tip in the forest. The Geismar community is currently beautifying the Wene spring. A 750 kg bench has been installed. The yew trees have been trimmed back.

Through the Weisswassertal valley across a clearing, that's fun.

Great route through the Weisswassertal with a moderate climb starting from Ebergötzen.

Branch path to Kehr or Göttingen Forest.

This is a lovely little hike in Göttingen. We've already walked past the Bismarckstein on more than one tour.
