In good weather, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of Lake Walchensee and Lake Kochel. The Jochberg Alm is a must-stop. The Kaiserschmarn (sweet pancakes) is delicious, and the hosts are very friendly.

The Berggasthaus Herzogstand is located at an altitude of 1,575 meters and offers a great opportunity to stop off during a hike. In summer and winter, you can enjoy the view on the large sun terrace or treat yourself to Bavarian delicacies and delicious cakes in the cozy parlor.
