Hidden among the rolling heathland and gently sloping sandy paths lies a simple yet characterful staircase that takes you to a different experience of the Veluwe heathland. It forms a subtle transition between high and low, open and sheltered, and invites you to pause, both literally and figuratively. All around, the heathland stretches out in shades of purple and green, interspersed with pine bushes and open sandy plains.
