Lovely village... once home to Queen Katherine of Aragon , and one of the most desirable villages to live in .. in Cambridge.

Rode this route 04/08/24 tough going for kids... long grass etc but a great ride. watch out at Santa Pod raceway if there is an event on.

From here you can access the cycle/walking path along the top of the dam which gives great views up the length of Grafham Water.

Is it a small town or a big village? Dominated now by the extensive grounds of the independent Kimbolton School.

This is a beautiful bay situated on the shores of Grafham Water, not too far from St Neots in Huntingdonshire. The lake is a biological Site of Special Scientific Interest and England's third biggest reservoir.

Theres a handy rest area by the church with a bench and a bin incase you have any rubbish you need to empty from your pockets

Good and nice scenery for a hot coffee you can also have your bike repair and accessory purchases at the Rutland right there. Beautiful place for a visit also a lovely mountain bike trail

The Three Shires Way circles Grafham Water at the end of its journey from Buckinghamshire. The extra loop was added to bring the total distance of the long-distance path to 49 miles. It is waymarked by a sign showing three interconnected horseshoes.

The path round Grafham Water skirts very close to the shoreline on this side of the lake and affords fantastic views, such as this at Church Hill Bay.

Kimbolton is one of the smallest towns in Cambridgeshire, but was a very important market town during the medieval period. As a result the town's High Street boasts over 80 listed buildings and retains much of its original historical character.
