Very good fitness is required for this road. The steep switchbacks meander uphill (if you're not motorized), but you'll be rewarded with a beautiful view of the reservoir.

The Obermair mountain hut is located in the Aurina Valley, between the Cima dei Tuoni and the Dosso dei Canopi.
