Canet has a large balcony on the seafront. The promenade is an excellent place to rest, walk or play sports. The entire place is accompanied by palm trees and trees that provide good shade in summer. Starting in May, bathers begin to arrive at the beach, attracted by the 2,100 meters of length and the high quality of the services such as the assistance of the Red Cross, the walkways for people with physical disabilities and the number of beach bars.

The train station is just as pretty as in the town. In particular, the nice little level crossing and the neighboring tunnel portal will delight railway romantics ;-)

Coastal defense position from the Spanish Civil War. Unfortunately hardly accessible.

A beautiful little town with a lot of nostalgic charm. I haven't felt so Spanish in Spain for a long time!
