Built in the early 16th century, it was one of the chapels that emerged in the outlying neighborhoods of Almagro. In the 17th century, it was expanded to include the chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows. In the 19th century, it housed images from the nearby Hermitage of Santiago, which was in poor condition. It was destroyed during the Civil War and rebuilt in the 1980s by architect Miguel Fisac, who applied modern techniques such as the use of white concrete in flexible formwork for the porch.

Destroyed in the 1936 war, it also housed the Brotherhood of Santiago, since its hermitage disappeared in the 19th century. On July 23, 1983, the new hermitage was inaugurated on the ruins of the old one. The porch, covered with white concrete cast in flexible formwork, is particularly noteworthy.

The “La Inesperada” Volcanic Water Interpretation Centre is located in Pozuelo de Calatrava, in the Campo de Calatrava region. This centre is dedicated to the dissemination and conservation of the natural environment of the Laguna La Inesperada, a saline lagoon of volcanic origin. The centre offers various activities and workshops, such as bird watching, geological routes and school workshops, and is open on weekends. For visits during the week, it is necessary to make an appointment in advance. Admission is free.

20th century industrial building that has been given a completely modern look. Converted into a viewing platform, it is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 5 to 8 pm.

On August 24, 1845, a new Bullring was built in Almagro, Ciudad Real, with materials from the tower of the old parish church of San Bartolomé, demolished that year, and where the bullfighter Cagancho gave his famous "espantada" in 1927, and which was burned down in 1932 when the bullfighters refused to bullfight on the afternoon of August 25, which caused the anger of the public, who set it on fire so that the primitive boxes, made of wood, with upright legs and shoes, were lost.

The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption in Almagro is part of the Convent of the Assumption of Calatrava. This historic site was founded in 1504 by Gutierre de Padilla and features a mix of architectural styles, including Mudejar, Gothic and Renaissance. The church was largely completed by 1519 and is known for its single nave with star-shaped vaults and a polygonal apse.

The hermitage of Cristo de la Capilla, previously known as San Antón, San Sebastián, or Cristo de la Misericordia Antiguo, is located in the center of the Plaza de la Capilla, at the northern end of the urban center of Pozuelo de Calatrava (Province of Ciudad Real, Spain), about 250 meters northwest of the parish church of San Juan Bautista. It occupies the top of the so-called Alto del Polvillo, which housed the original nucleus of the current population.
