This brick church was built in 1620 500 meters south of the Notre-Dame-des-Champs chapel. In 1871 a fire completely destroyed the church. Four years later the new church could be put into use. The organ from 1877 comes from the chapel of the Brothers of Christian Education in St-Omer. On May 15, 1918, a bomb fell on the cemetery causing significant damage to the tower, windows and organ.
