Since December 2015, the line has been served hourly by DB Regio Südost during the day. The regional express RE6 of the Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn also stops once in the morning and once in the evening. The castle is now used as a daycare center for primary school children. Since 2017, it has also been possible to get married in the castle. The Naunhof registry office offers weddings here. Also part of the castle on the upper floor is the Belgershain youth center, which warmly welcomes children.
