Bar dü Mar. The beach bar on Lake Dümmer. Cult since 2004. Almost 21 years ago, inventor Martin and a few friends and helpers lugged pallets, ice cubes, glasses, and drinks to the bathing bay in Hüde. And there it was, the first beach bar on Lake Dümmer. Bar dü Mar. They only sold cocktails; anyone who wanted coffee was kindly sent on their way. It was a long, long time ago... Feet in the sand or behind a warm wall, a fine restaurant with regional products, and the chilled beach bar with cocktails and homemade drinks. Burgers, salads, or the finest barbecue, wine and delicious coffee with a slice of fresh cake, ice cream, chill-out areas, live acts, private parties, corporate incentives, Christmas parties, and always the most beautiful sunset on the Dümmer and simply "Atmosphere dü Mar." The observation tower on the northern shore of Dümmer offers a magnificent covered view of Lake Dümmer, especially the northern part. The staircase is secured with anti-slip strips and a round stainless steel handrail.
