A must see to complete the visit to the capitelles of Mas d'Escattes. These two beautiful, superbly restored buildings are located a few dozen meters from each other on the PR which winds between the Chemin de Font Aubarne to the west and the wide forest track to the east. This PR is not materialized on the map used by Komoot but does exist on OpenStreetMap for example.

The site of La Baume is a dream location in the heart of the Gardon gorges (you will discover a cave sheltering bats, 2 old mills and a small chapel: the hermitage of St Vérèdème). La Baume is accessible on foot from Collias, Sanilhac and Poulx (possible by mountain bike from the last two or even by Gravel from Poulx despite the stones and the significant difference in altitude)
