The Bad Wimsbach Neydharting parish church is a Roman Catholic church dedicated to Saint Stephen. It belongs to the Gmunden deanery in the diocese of Linz. The Patronage is celebrated every year on the 3rd Sunday in August. The church was built in the 15th century and renovated in Baroque style in the 18th century. It has a Gothic choir, a Baroque high altar, a pulpit from 1720 and an organ from 1891

It was built around 1850. The chapel has belonged to Haus Bachloh No. 6 since 2014. The bell was consecrated around 1932 and solemnly hung on the small tower. More important than historical data is that space invites people and helps them to have a good life. With this in mind, the chapel received a contemporary Way of the Cross (in the old frame) by Hans Plank (1925-1992; from Braunau, Upper Austria) for its 150th and 100th anniversary in 2003. With his striking pictorial language, he wants to help the viewer today to think about their own life and social processes with a view to Jesus Christ.
