The "Bec d'Allier" is a unique natural paradise covering 300 hectares. It constantly changes with the seasons and due to shifts in water flow. Here, visitors are undisturbed by traffic noise and can find peace and relaxation. Countless animals can be found here, both in the water and in the air. The flowering meadows are also very beautiful in spring and summer.

At Pont Canal du Guétin you will discover the impressive sight of the canal bridge spanning the River Allier. The route takes in picturesque paths that wind through lush landscapes, offering a peaceful stroll with views of the surrounding countryside. The canal itself is a marvel of engineering and you will have the opportunity to watch the boats as they pass gently under the bridge.

Nice bridge over the river. Easy to navigate

Remarkable structure 343m long and comprising 18 arches. It allows the Loire lateral canal to pass above the Allier. Downstream, you can see the Bec d'Allier, a natural site at the confluence of the waters of the Allier and the Loire, classified by the WWF. This unique environment is home to many animal species.
