Beautiful Alpine pass which, thanks to the presence of a motorway, remains quite free from traffic compared to others. It separates the Adula Alps to the west from the Tambo group to the east.

Very long pass road, but the landscape is really beautiful!

The small holiday resort is located near the pass of the same name in the canton of Graubünden. The place is the starting point for numerous hikes. There are a few hotels and restaurants here, and there is also a small supermarket and a gas station in town.

That remained and unfortunately denied, because shortly before the summit, while still ascending, the fog overtook us.......

It's a pity that there is only such a small remainder, but the descent was impressive.

San Bernardino Pass The San Bernardino Pass is a mountain pass in the Swiss canton of Graubünden with a peak height of 2067 m above sea level. M. It joins the valleys of Rheinwald on the north and Misox on the south at the main road 13 and separates the Adula Alps to the west from the Tambo group to the east. The air distance to the foot of the pass is four kilometers to Hinterrhein and 12 km to Mesocco.
