Cremon/Krimuldas Castle was built shortly after 1250 for representative purposes and to protect and manage the estates of the Archbishop of Riga. It was destroyed in 1601 during the Polish-Swedish War. The estate continued to operate, and Krimuldas Palace was built approximately 200 meters to the west to replace the castle. The southern façade of the palace was restored as an artificial ruin to complement its park.

Kronvalda Park is a central, spacious city park in Riga with mature trees, flowerbeds, playgrounds, and an interactive fountain. It originated in the 19th century from the former Schützengarten (shooting garden) and is now a popular place for recreation, walks, and cultural encounters—located directly on the city canal.

Riga's Art Nouveau district is one of the most beautiful in Europe and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is located around Alberta Street and impresses with magnificent facades dating from around 1900. Over 800 buildings feature floral ornaments, masks, and figurines—many designed by Mikhail Eisenstein. A highlight is the Art Nouveau Museum at Alberta Street 12.

The Bridge of Love in Riga is located in Bastejkalna Park near the Freedom Monument. It is known for the many love locks that couples attach to the railing to symbolize their love. Surrounded by greenery and the city canal, it is a popular spot for romantic strolls and photos.
