    Al posto del monumento titolare nella foto è raffigurata la Camera storica regionale di Zambrów, fondata nel marzo del 2000 nel Centro culturale municipale di Zambrów. Il suo ideatore fu Jarosław Strenkowski. Nel corso di 14 anni la Camera storica regionale ha cambiato sede quattro volte. Attualmente la Camera storica regionale del Centro municipale di Zambrów si trova in Aleja Wojska Polskiego 25.

    Il Monumento all'Ufficiale della Seconda Repubblica di Polonia a Zambrów è stato inaugurato domenica 5 settembre 2010 sulla piazza di fronte al Parco Industriale di Zambrów.

    L'iniziativa per costruire il monumento è stata avviata dal Comune di Zambrów nel maggio 2009. Il progetto dello scultore Michał Selerowski è stato selezionato in un concorso.

    A differenza di altri monumenti progettati da Michał Selerowski, il monumento a Zambrów ha un layout tradizionale: la figura di un ufficiale in piedi in un wz. 36 dei tempi della Seconda Repubblica Polacca, posta su un piedistallo di granito.
