Da una casa di mattoni all'avanguardia costruita nel 1827 da un giovane e rivoluzionario Don Juan Bandini a un moderno hotel a due piani, ristorante e ufficio della diligenza nel 1869 a un conservificio di olive nel 1900 e un famoso ristorante messicano in quest'ultimo metà del 20° secolo, il Cosmopolitan ha visto crescere San Diego. Ora, tornato al suo splendore del 1870, ha una storia da raccontare.
