La chiesa possedeva un polittico tardogotico di Peter Breuer (1521). Si tratta presumibilmente dell'ultimo polittico dell'intagliatore di Zwickau. Il reliquiario e i pannelli del polittico, tuttavia, si trovano ora, splendidamente restaurati, nel Museo Civico e Minerario di Freiberg. Solo la predella e due figure singole (Maria e Giovanni) della sovrastruttura del polittico (retro) rimangono in loco.
