    Il monumento in bronzo di Wincenty Chorębalski, dedicato ai Tysans che morirono nelle rivolte della Slesia, fu inaugurato nel 1930.
    Mostra la figura di un giovane con una sciabola nella mano destra.
    Distrutto dai nazisti nel settembre 1939, si fermò nuovamente sul piedistallo nel 1958 come figura con uno stendardo nello stesso gesto, anche se senza sciabola.
    La statua è stata realizzata dallo scultore Augustyn Dyrda, artista di Tychy, testimone oculare della distruzione della scultura originale da parte dei tedeschi,
    Nel 2007 ha ricostruito la figura prebellica di un ribelle, sempre con una sciabola in mano.
