    L'intera area del Rheine Salinenpark è una bellissima area ricreativa locale per grandi e piccini. Molto interessanti le saline con annessa sala di bollitura. C'è anche la Drei-Gable-Haus, dove è possibile acquistare piccoli souvenir, ottenere informazioni turistiche ed è incluso il noleggio di biciclette.
    Inoltre, sul sito sono presenti anche la Josef-Winckler-Haus e il Rheine Nature Zoo.
