    Già nel 1589 nella cronaca di Polenz è menzionato il mulino di Helm, allora appartenente al maniero di Oberpolenz dei Bärensteiner. Una chiave di volta dell'epoca adorna ancora l'ingresso del fienile. Nel 19° secolo il mulino apparteneva alla famiglia Helm, da cui prende il nome.

    L'Helm-Mühle è un hotel con ristorante dal 1994 ed è ottimo per matrimoni, compleanni o feste aziendali. Le camere degli ospiti e il fienile celebrativo offrono un ambiente ideale.
