Emma Johansson's tour takes you to Trysil, the perfect place for an e-mountain bike trip. It uses all the possibilities of the area and is therefore totally varied: You ride over laid out routes of the bike park, but also over natural trails in the middle of the beautiful nature of Norway. But there is one thing that you don't try: the lift. Instead, you take the climbs on your own muscle strength and with the help of your e-mountain bike.The tour starts at the base station of the Bike Arena. From here you first drive on gentle climbs to Emma's favorite place. Once at the top, she likes to unpack her coffee she has brought with her, relaxes a little and enjoys the wonderful atmosphere. Maybe you do it exactly like that? If you want to improve the view a bit, you can take the trail a little higher up to almost the top of Brøfjellet, where a breathtaking 360-degree panorama awaits you.When you have rested, real trail action is waiting for you. The "Magic Moose" is a 7.5 km long flow trail with a variety of artificial obstacles, rock gardens, adjoining areas and northshore elements, which are all coordinated so that you can find your own flow and arrive at the bottom with a big grin.Once at the bottom you can - if you don't have enough - start a second small round north of Trysil. This part of the tour is completely different because you are only on natural trails. So you can gain experience on very different terrain and immerse yourself in the beautiful nature of Norway.

Lake Braies is one of the most beautiful and picturesque lakes in the Dolomites. Marco Aurelio Fontana starts his tour right on the shore of the lake. Enjoy the great view of the water again - then you turn your back on the hustle and bustle of the tourist and button up the long, demanding trail into the mountains.The first part of the tour is exclusively uphill. From Pragser Wildsee you drive up to the 2,283 meter high Kreuzjoch and to the picturesque Lago de 'Colli Alti (Hochalmsee). The route is sometimes very steep and you will be grateful for the support of your e-bike. But you can master the challenge well and you still have enough energy to enjoy the descent. Before you start downhill fun, you should give yourself a break: at the top you will be rewarded with a fabulous view and wonderful tranquility. The best thing to do is to find a nice place, unpack your provisions and simply enjoy the beautiful nature for a while.On the way back, the route leads to Alta Via. This is a mountain trail that stretches 120 kilometers through the Dolomites from Lake Braies to Belluno. You follow it on a long descent back to the lake. Once at the bottom, one thing is certain: this trail in the middle of the Dolomites on the ridges of the Alta Via will be remembered for a long time. Because for a mountain biker there is nothing better than a single trail at 2,300 meters!

In the middle of the legendary "Coed-Y-Brenin" forest is the Trail Center of the same name, which was the first of its kind in the United Kingdom. So on this tour you will explore a piece of real mountain bike history - and a pretty awesome chapter of it! In the Trail Center there are endlessly built and well-marked trails waiting for you. There is something for every skill level, so there is guaranteed no boredom.But that's not all: the artificially created mountain bike trails make for a real trail paradise, but you can also explore a wealth of natural mountain bike trails beyond the trail center, as this tour impressively demonstrates. That's why you first button up the less traveled trails outside the park before you take an extensive tour of the trail center. There you can extend the lap as you like, because that's not all trails. And if you should particularly like one, you can simply drive it again.The lynchpin of the Trail Center is the visitor center, where there is not only a café where you can fortify yourself, but also a bike shop with bike rental. The Bardenas Reales Natural Park is located in the north of Spain, in the southeast of the autonomous region of Navarre. It is, of course, a little out of the way, but can be built into a holiday in the hilly Basque Country or in the Pyrenees as a day trip. It is around 40 kilometers from the small town of Tudela to the starting point of the tour, and around 70 kilometers from the capital of Navarre, Pamplona.You start at the small reservoir Embalse del Ferial on a gravel road that takes you directly into the national park. But soon the road becomes the path, the path to the trail and you are in the middle of a surreal desert landscape. The vultures circle above you, while below you the dry ground is turned into a cloud of dust by your tires. It's a strange, mysterious mood, but it's also beautiful here: bizarre rock formations, deep gorges and the moon-like desert landscape are a breathtaking backdrop for this tour, which you won't soon forget.The highlight of the route is the legendary "Pass of the Deer", a winding trail through one of the canyons, on which you drive between eroded, almost undulating gray rock walls. With the E-MTB you can reach the most remote parts of the national park particularly well and take every now and then one of the steep driveways that leads you to another breathtaking viewpoint.Remember that you are driving through a desert-like landscape. There is no kiosk and no bus stop here. So take enough water and provisions with you and be prepared that you are on your own, even if the park is basically open to tourists.

Starting from Szczawnica, a tranquil mountain health resort, the route first leads you to the slopes of Szafranówka, a mountain that belongs to the “Little Pienines” and is 742 meters high. When you have reached it, you have arrived at the border to Slovakia at the same time and this is exactly what the route has been following for quite a while. From the Durbaszka mountain peak, which you will reach a little later, you have a spectacular panoramic view of three mountains: Tatra, Pieninen and Sandezer Beskids. It was precisely this prospect that prompted Marcin to return to the area - if you stand here and let your eyes wander, you will immediately know how he was doing at the time.Now the route turns north into the Sandezer Beskids and you come slowly but surely ever higher. With the Radziejowa you finally reach the highest point of the tour at 1,262 meters. It is the highest mountain in the Sandezer Beskids and the lookout tower invites you to take a real panoramic break. After that, it is not far to the hostel "Schronisko PTTK Przehyba", which is a great milestone: if you want to experience a real bike-packing feeling, this is the perfect place for an overnight stay. You even have the choice of sleeping in one of the 30 beds or at the campsite.Then it's back to the starting point of the tour. From the well of the spa, you can treat yourself to a fresh sip of healing water before your unforgettable bike-packing adventure ends. Around Valkenburg there are hundreds of kilometers of marked trails that can be reached from the Shimano Experience Center and a huge network of routes that you can explore perfectly with an e-mountain bike. With this tour, Marc Bouwmeester offers you a little foretaste of the trail experience in Valkenburg - a warm-up tour, so to speak, after which you can decide for yourself how to proceed: Trails en Masse invite you to many more kilometers on the bike. This route offers a little bit of everything: it starts with a little physical effort when climbing - but no problem with the e-mountain bike. Spectacular views over the mountains make you permanently forget that it has only been going uphill for some time. When you stand in front of this massive limestone wall, every drop of sweat is immediately forgotten. The Eternal Wall once blocked access to the rest of the mountain and only the most experienced climbers could get past it. However, in the 1950s, a hotel opened a corridor through which guests could easily climb the mountain and enjoy the view. After crossing the Ewigen Wand, the trail continues uphill until you finally reach the picturesque Hütteneckalm. Markus Pekoll has a special tip for you here: “There is a great mountain hut on the Hütteneckalm at 1,240 meters, where you can eat well in the sun and enjoy the view. Maybe you want to reward yourself with Kaiserschmarrn. This dish is an Austrian specialty and is not eaten as a main dish, but rather as a dessert in between. It is prepared from egg, milk, water and salt. The dough is first baked and then broken up and tastes best with a little jam and powdered sugar. A typical Austrian mountain meal full of carbohydrates and energy that tastes great, but is not exactly healthy! ”In any case, afterwards you have enough energy for the descent back to the valley. Although the hustle and bustle of Nice and Monaco is only a short drive away, the mountain village where Mary Moncorgé starts her route is quiet. There is an excellent bakery for pre-trip refreshments and a bar in the shade of the church where you can sit down for a drink after the tour.You drive on paths where animals have been driven over the hills for centuries and you are constantly gaining new perspectives. The busy coast is never far away and from the vantage point to which the route leads, you can see across to the Mediterranean Sea, Corsica and beyond. When you get up here, you have left a lot of vertical meters behind you - thanks to the e-bike, however, the ascent is pure pleasure. Take a moment to breathe in the mountain-scented mountain air and feel the strength in your body as you conquer the rocky single track.A roller coaster-like trail leading down from the top of the mountain, also called "Disney Land", will bring a big smile to your face at the end - a wonderful end to the tour. The first part of the Spielmann route from Pontresina to the ascent of the Bernina Pass is relatively easy to master. You drive through varied terrain with single tracks, artificially created trails, stony hiking trails and gentle flow trails. At the top of the Bernina Pass you have the choice: you can turn around and enjoy the trail back to Pontresina or continue the tour with a “loop” in high alpine terrain.If you decide to take the longer route around the Lagalp, you will explore high alpine terrain, which becomes a little more demanding with every meter of altitude. Steep climbs, open meadows, small lakes and stream crossings are imminent.Incidentally, a train runs to the highest point of the Bernina Pass, the Bernina Express, from which the parallel trail takes its name. The train journey is a nice alternative if you are traveling without an electric motor and want to get directly into the Lagalp loop. With support, you can easily manage the entire route yourself. And if you later drive back to Pontresina with a lot of energy, but still satisfied, there is another highlight waiting for you.
