Ottobeuren

A lovely short circular route along the Kalkofenweg (Lime Kiln Trail) up the hill east of Ollarzried, through the forest with one of the small protected areas "Tuff Springs in the Allgäu Alpine Foothills" and numerous streams along the trail. On the way back, you can take a break at the lovely pedaling

The beautiful circular tour takes you through the picturesque Günztal, along the Hundsmoor nature reserve over the eastern ridge back to Ottobeuren. The starting point and destination is the pretty market square in Ottobeuren with an ice cream parlor, cafés and restaurants.

The circular tour takes you from the western Günztal over the dividing ridge to the eastern Günztal. You ride along forests, wide meadows and small farm hamlets

The tour takes you north of Ottobeuren through the Günztal biotope network and along the Hundsmoor nature reserve to Westerheim. While the small river flows further into the Danube, you head towards Memmingen and then on to Benningen.
