Whether you’re training for a challenge or looking for a sociable jog in the fresh air join us on the fourth Sunday of every month between April-September for our free 10k trail run.



The route consists of two separate loops, giving you the choice between a 5km walk or the full 10km trail. Whichever you

Taking place on the 4th Sunday of every month, this is a free event with no booking necessary - just turn up ready to run. Pre-run registration will be open from 08:30am.

Our free monthly 10k runs take in stunning coastal views around Pentire headland and are a great way to blow away the cobwebs. All abilities are welcome to take part in the trail runs at Pentire, but this is a challenging route on a rugged section of the South West Coast Path.

Get ready to lace up your running or walking shoes and soak in the breathtaking views of the estate and the beautiful Blackwater River.



You can build up to the full 10k adding a loop each month as your confidence develops.



This is not a timed run, so if a time is important to you bring along your own device

Enjoy our 10km run which involves four undulating loops between grassy pastures and planted woodland of this green oasis overlooking the Mourne Mountains.



The Trust10 run is free and will begin at 9am. Registrations from 8.30am.



Booking is not required for this free event.
