About Centrepoint
The Centrepoint mission is to give homeless young people a future and ultimately to end youth homelessness. Centrepoint supports young people between the ages of 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness through providing a safe and secure home, health and well-being support, as well as a bespoke education, training and an employment pathway, to ensure young people can move on positively.

According to our research, 110,000 young people asked for help with homelessness last year in the UK, however, since the start of the pandemic more than three quarters of council respondents (78%) across England have seen an increase in homelessness in their area. Some are facing serious danger on the streets. Many are too scared to sleep. Centrepoint won’t rest until we change that – and we want you to join us.

On 8th October, we’re challenging you to STAY:UP all night to help us to end youth homelessness.
Whether you STAY:UP solo or as part of a team, the challenge is simple: Tackle your tiredness, fight the fatigue, banish bedtime and whatever you do, don’t fall asleep!

You could cycle, walk or hike your way through the night on one of our Komoot routes in London, however you STAY:UP, your one night without sleep could help a homeless young person turn their life around forever.

Sign- up here and join us as we STAY:UP to end youth homelessness: stayup.centrepoint.org.uk

An extensive network of natural trails rather than a carefully manicured bike park, Epping Forest is easily accessible from the north of London and also great for gravel and ‘cross bikes too.

Take care when riding these trails, as they’re mostly shared use, rather than dedicated bike trails. Although

At over 68 miles (110 km), this London to Cambridge cycle ride is a real challenge, heading out of the city to the north near Epping.

It's a little hilly to start with, as you tick off one of Simon Warren's '100 Greatest Cycling Climbs' with Mott Street, but you'll be relieved to hear that it gets pretty

This circular route covering 5.9 miles (9.5 km) is a fantastic way to enjoy some of the sights along the River Thames in Central London. It's almost totally flat as you follow both sides of the river, and you can choose to either walk or jog, or a bit of both!

Numerous fantastic and historical sites await
