Alsace à Vélo est un collectif créé en 2012 par une dizaine de partenaires institutionnels, qui travaille à la valorisation touristique des itinéraires cyclables alsaciens et la déclinaison d’un concept marketing « l’Alsace à vélo ».

Depuis 2019, les principales structures institutionnelles alsaciennes pilotent et financent la démarche en fonction de leurs compétences respectives :
• La Collectivité européenne d’Alsace
• Alsace Destination Tourisme
• La Région Grand-Est
• L’Agence Régionale du Tourisme du Grand Est
• L’Eurométropole de Strasbourg
• Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération
• Communauté d’Agglomération de Colmar,
• Saint-Louis Agglomération
• Communauté d’Agglomération de Haguenau


Le plan d'action du collectif "Alsace à Vélo" s'articule autour de quatre axes principaux :
• Développement des infrastructures (Pistes cyclables, jalonnement directionnales, panneaux d'information...),
• Développement des services (sensibilisation des prestataires, déploiement de label Accueil Vélo, intermodalité...)
• Promotion & communication (Site internet dédié, carte Alsace à Vélo, déploiement de circuits, mise en marché...)
• Evaluation (Etudes)
