Rockenburger Urweldpfad
Great hike, ladder can be walked around (signed), for instance because of a dog. Nothing that really jumps out, just a nice mixture of woods, meadows and a small village.

Saut de la Bonelle
Easy hike to the falls, with a detour to the source (place on the map is not very accurute, follow your eyes and ears). All alone on the entire trail, magical. But then, following the trail, you get to what used to be stairs. There's a rope (well, electrical cord), you more or less drag your self up. Worth it!
