Went in April and there was no snow on the asphalt road, and could follow the buggy path for the last 300m (as it wasnt open yet).
Our 3 year old walked down - but was slow.

The last part through the forest is not pram friendly. But you can bypass that by staying on the unsealed road.

Would be a difficult trip with an off-road pram if you want to take the scenic loop that goes via the river - but there is a dirt road a thule or mountain buggy could do - just would be a longer walk then the one here.
