Great round this one it’s got a bit of everything, bit of a gruelling one a rigid bike but doable.
Expect some hike a bike sections but that’s all in the fun 🤪

Really good paths few sketchy sections on the east side of the lake, or you could choose to use the road.
It’s probably more like 10/11 miles all the way around, guess who forgot to start their watch! 🤣

If you want to get away from busy roads this is a great ride, great scenery nice hidden gem in the heart of Lancashire.
Riding through the small villages of the Pendle witch trials loads of local history.

I recommend doing this loop anti clockwise it’s a lot steeper this way on the way up and more of a gentle descent.
I learned the hard way doing it clockwise 🤣.

If you want to bag raven crag from high seat when you come down and cross the river you'll have to climb quite a tall wire fence.
