This tour was planned for riders with solid basic skills (friends testers enjoyed it) and also a "access-road /single-track" alternative to reach the Col de Jaman (avoiding the trafic road between Albeuve and Les Cases). I wanted to joint two regional tracks in one : Col de Fenestral-L’Erié and Seya-Crêt de la Li.
A mountain (obviously bike) route. In essence, a few exposed points and some pushing/carrying the bike is mandatory here and there.
This way around, the Col de Fenestral is 90% ridable up from Ovronnaz (at least

Somehow 20km of some of the finest single tracks ! The half of it is already recorded at the Verbier bikepark / Enduro n°17 “Mille”.
I would qualify the interest of the additional path Sevray-Brunet “fifty-fifty”. It is unridable for a little less than 2km… Countless starts and go’s with no funny pushing

The Mont d’Arpille is a stunning destination with breathtaking views over the Mont Blanc and Combin massives. About this bike tour… plan to push/carry your bike through steep ascents (specially Arpille summit and the access to the last descent from Gottreux). Often the perfect/incredible single-track

Stunning ride (or mountain hike with bike), probably not suitable for everyman.
But if you are used to find your way through unmarked, rough rocky Alpine terrain, have the technical skills for steep climbs and steep technical descents, being in the mood for the “price to pay” for it, it may worth consider it.
