Even if it doesn't seem like it, this tour was really strenuous. The dunes are mostly loose sand that makes walking difficult. Why Komoot only calculated 80 meters of elevation is a mystery to me. We climbed these 80 meters about 50 times because it was constantly going up and down. But all in all, it was a nice tour.
