An improptu walk to North Berwick this morning as it was such a beautiful day. When its low tide, you can walk from Gullane all the way to North Berwick taking in the views of Fidra on the way. There was a wedding taking place on Yellowcraigs Beach as we passed by. What a fabulous setting to day your vows!

Finally getting over this two year Pnumonia recovery period, sinus and ear blockages. Not coughin up a lung most days. Feeling much better so hoping to increase the walks.
