We cycled along the northern section of the Elbe Cycle Route from Wittenberge, along the right bank of the Elbe. Low water and the suspension of ferry service forced a route change. The headwind was a bit harsh, but otherwise it was a wonderful, eventful, fun-filled, and adventurous day filled with storks
