Seemed like a good idea to link the Trans Cambrian and Traws Eryri routes back to Knighton. It's a cracking route too. I'd recommend four days for Conwy to Knighton, three for the Trans Cambrian and Four for the Traw Eryri. I did it in spring 2023, let me know if you need any more info.

Traws Eryri NOT Cycling UK's version
This is a more off road version than the official Cycling UK route and covers ground where there is no formal permission to ride. It commences as the Trans Cambrian finishes in Machynlleth and will take the rider north to Conwy. It’s a route that has been traversed
