Nach einem steilen und nebelfeuchten Aufstieg von Churwalden nach Parpan geht es links den Berg hoch Richtung Schaukäserei. Auf einer Nebenstrasse führt der Weg dann bis zum Bergrestaurant Jochalp. Ab dort noch 5Min zu Fuss bis zum Churer Joch. Runter dann Richtung Tschiertschen/Pasugg auf verschiedenen abwechslungsreichen Trails. Ab Pasugg via Polenweg (Kiesweg) zurück nach Churwalden.
